| We recommend making reservations prior to your arrival at Tides Inn Resort. Guaranteed reservations require a deposit. The deposit is credited against the reservation dates. Sorry, there are no refunds for cancellations. Remember, reservations are commitments for the full period requested. As we must honor each guest's reservation, we also require that our guests honor their commitment to us in the form of a reservation which will be kept. |

All charges are payable in full at time of check-in.
Deposit is required for all reservations. Sorry, no refunds.
Reservations made for dates no later than a month from the date of the reservation will need a deposit of one night value.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to arrival in order to warrant a deposit refund. If cancellation is made
less than 48 hours before arrival, deposit will be forfeited.
There is a three-day minimum stay required on all holidays and special weekends. Please no overnight or day visitors. Our patio and pool facilities are reserved for registered guests only.
Pets are welcome as long as they are under ten pounds and are fully potty trained and their owners will be billed a $75.00 service fee plus $20 per night. Sorry, no refunds.
